Lying on your mat, you’ll be embraced by the harmonies of unique instruments. With gongs, monochords, shaman drums, singing bowls, and much more, we journey through various atmospheres and inner layers, allowing you to sink ever deeper into yourself.

Claudette van de Rakt and Helene Hoogland play intuitively, completely attuned to what arises in the moment. As a result, each sound journey is unique and aligned with what is needed.

About the musicians:

Helene Hoogland is an artist, alchemist, and sound maker. Guided by a deep connection to stones, metals, and landscapes, she creates unique sound instruments—from various materials—that do more than produce sound: they open energetic fields and invite transformation. Her sculptures act as talismans: objects that protect, inspire, and activate inner resonance.

Together with Claudette van de Rakt, she co-created the Stargate—a multisensory metal installation where art, nature, and consciousness converge. In their sound journeys, they guide participants through immersive inner experiences shaped by vibration, resonance, and silence. Helene’s work lives at the intersection of sculptor and sound art, alchemy, and healing—always seeking new ways to reconnect humans with the deeper rhythms of nature.

Claudette van de Rakt is a multidisciplinary artist, phytotherapist, intuitive musician, and founder of Mare Nature Alchemy. Her work weaves together the healing power of plants, sound, and ritual into immersive experiences that nourish both body and soul.

Through her music, Claudette invites a deep connection with the self, nature, and the universe—where scent and sound merge into a calming and introspective resonance. Rooted in her background as a phytotherapist, her artistic and musical creations are grounded, soulful, and infused with the intelligence of the natural world.
