THE JOURNEY
In the morning we land in breath, connection, and play. We will start soft, slow, and deep.
Through guided breathwork, playful partner practices, and live music, you’ll meet your inner seasons – and each other.
Expect grounded presence, deep listening, and gentle unfolding, guided by Helena Igel & Ruben Mul from Integrated Tantra.
Helena & Ruben bring a unique blend of Tantric wisdom, modern psychology, and raw embodiment.
They create space for authenticity, emotional depth, and liberation.
Ruben weaves live music into the breath. Helena holds space with intuitive clarity.
In the afternoon we rise into wild expression, carried by live music and vibrant beats with live music by Ruben & Vincent + DJ Ramon, held by Inge & Helena.

We have 2 options for you to choose from: the full immersion of morning workshop, lunch and Ecstatic Dance XL or a dance only ticket for the afternoon dance. We recommend the full experience! Tickets for the full immersion are limited and available until the 25th of September.
