a gentle, heart-led gathering under the trees,
where we slow down together, tune in, and let sound carry us home.

Each week, we’ll meet in the forest for a guided sound journey with handpan, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and the natural silence of the woods.
It’s a space to soften, to exhale, and to reconnect with your inner rhythm — held by nature.

No experience needed. Just come as you are.
