Kom en doe mee aan een prachtige Dans & Healing reis! Contact Beyond Contact (CBC) is een dans- en helingspraktijk waarin we de verbinding met onszelf en anderen ontdekken en verdiepen. We beginnen dieper te luisteren naar ons lichaam, onze geest en ons hart om onze ware behoeften en intenties te voelen. Met elementen uit Hatha Yoga, meditatie, Qi gong, dansimprovisatie, autentic movement, mindfulness en sound als tools voor bewustwording.

Over mij:
Dans is mijn ware passie, mijn ware liefde! Samen met de helende praktijken is dit zo magisch en transformatief, ik wil dit met iedereen delen!

*We verkennen verschillende tools van CBC, zoals; leiden & volgen, space in between, het voelen van ons “ja” en “nee”, duidelijke intenties en onze innerlijke grenzen. Bewegen in duo’s, trio’s en als groep, en nog veel meer!
*We creëren een veilige ruimte om onszelf vrij uit te drukken, te spelen en te transformeren.

Kom de magische plek ervaren die verder gaat dan woorden.

18:45 Parkeer en wandel naar het station (ongeveer 10 minuten lopen). Zie hieronder belangrijke informatie over parkeren.
19:00 Landen, binnenkomen in de ruimte
19:15 Start met meditatie
19:30 Warming up met verschillende healing practices
19:55 Tools van CBC oefenen met elkaar in duo's, trio's en groep als geheel
20:30 Vrij dansen
21:00 Eind ontspanning en afsluiting

Let op: je kunt niet parkeren aan de Middelweg.
Gebruik in plaats daarvan een van de volgende parkeerplaatsen en geniet van een korte wandeling door het groen (5–10 minuten):

Come and join me on a beautiful Dance & Healing journey! Contact Beyond Contact (CBC) is a dance and healing practice where we discover and deepen the connection to ourselves and others. We start listening more deeply to body, mind and heart to feel our true needs and intentions. With elements from Hatha Yoga, meditation, Qi gong, dance improvisation, authentic movement, mindfulness and sound as tools for self discovery.

About me:
Dance is my true passion, my true love and joy!
Together with the healing practices this is so magical and transformational, i want to share this with everyone!

*We explore different tools from CBC such as; leading & following, space in between, feeling our “yes” and “no”, clear intentions and our inner boundaries. Moving in duo's, Trio's and as a group, and much more!
*We create a safe space to express ourselves freely, play and transform.
Come experience the magical place beyond words.

18:45 Park and walk to the station (about 10 minutes away). See important info below about parking.
19:00 Arriving, landing in the space
19:15 Start with a short meditation
19:30 Warming up using different healing practices
19:55 Exploring different tools from CBC, dancing in couples, trio’s and as a group
20:30 Free dancing ( by yourself or with others)
21:00 Relaxation and closing
