Do you want to find out more or deepen your practice of Authentic Relating? Join Authentic Relating Training International for a powerful two-day training in Rotterdam.

The training gives you the essential tools, skills, and mindset to bring more presence, openness, and honesty into your relationships. It offers a practical and embodied deep dive into the foundations of Authentic Relating. The course is designed to make the learning of authentic relating as accessible and adoptable as possible, so that you can apply the skills to your life right away.

You'll learn to express yourself more clearly, listen more deeply, navigate conflict situations and create real connection with anyone in a variety of contexts.

Facilitator Pauline Drews (Authentic Relating Training International) and assistant Lody Meijer (Authentic Relating Club Rotterdam) will lead you through an immersive, experiential curriculum.

You’ll learn how to:
• Have meaningful, real conversations in any context
• Express your truth with clarity and curiosity
• Identify and voice your core desires
• De-escalate conflict and turn it into connection
• See and reflect the essence in others
• Stay open, grounded, and present, even when challenged
