Summer connections: Authentic Relating games

You are warmly invited to Summer Connections — a playful and nourishing afternoon to create new and deep connections and celebrate Summer. Together with Timo and Mariella, we’ll open the space with Authentic Relating games designed to spark honest, meaningful, and heartful interactions. Then we’ll close the circle with some light snacks and drinks as we ground and integrate — and simply enjoy each other’s company.

About the facilitators:
Timo is an Authentic Relating practitioner (Level 1 & 2), group facilitator, and passionate ecstatic dance enthusiast. He holds space with lightness, presence, and depth, making it easy for people to feel welcome and drop into real connection.

Mariella is a certified yoga teacher with additional training in sound therapy, eco-somatic embodiment and authentic relating (Level 1 & 2). Her offerings are rooted in creativity, embodiment, and co-creation.

This gathering was born from our shared desire to create spaces where people can meet — in their truth, in movement, and in joy.

Schedule:
🌞 Opening Circle — arriving in the space together
💬 Authentic Relating Games — playful, connective partner and group games
🍓 Closing + Snacks & Drinks — land, ground, and hang out in good company
