Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is for any woman who wants to deepen her self-awareness, restore inner balance, and explore personal transformation. Whether you’re in a life transition, feeling emotionally stuck, or simply curious about your inner world — you’re welcome here.
During this session, we will bring together different aspects of a woman’s personality by connecting with her 4 basic Archetypes. Archetypes are the timeless, universal patterns that lie deep within each of us, shape our identities, guide our behaviours, and influence our relationships with the world.
During this workshop, we will focus on the 4 most manifested ones:
👩🏻 the Mother (family, caregiver)
♐️ the Amazon (society, career)
👧 the Maiden (inner Child, creativity)
🌸 the Aphrodite (enjoying life, sexuality)
It is designed to help women reconnect with their true needs, avoid overextending themselves, and stop neglecting self-care in the pursuit of external validation or perfection.
We will use the power of CONSTELLATIONS technique to uncover the hidden dynamics that may be creating an internal conflict between who we are and who we feel we should be — an issue women are particularly vulnerable to. We expend enormous energy trying to live up to unrealistic expectations or societal pressures. This ongoing struggle drains our emotional and mental resources, leading to feelings of inadequacy, frustration, and chronic stress. Over time, the inability to accept ourselves as we are can lead to burnout.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The Family Constellations technique involves role-playing and representation, and during this online sessions stand-ins will be asked to describe how they feel about the connection between the different Archetypes.
The main goal of this workshop is not the healing as such - it is the diagnostics, allowing you to take a look at the processes in your subcouscious mind, as if you were looking at yourself in the mirror.
I will work with participants one by one (on first come-first served basis), each diagnostic constellation will take about 20-25 min. As the result, you will:
✅ Learn to understand and embrace the inner aspects of yourself,
✅ Get practical tips on how to handle the external pressures or societal expectations,
✅ Find the inner strength to face life with greater clarity and resilience,
✅ Improve inner harmony and self-acceptance.
This workshop offers a safe, supportive environment where healing unfolds naturally. You will leave with a renewed connection to yourself and a sense of inner peace.
FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS
Family Constellation is a deeply transformative healing modality that allows us to directly connect with our subconsiousness. Through visual representation, the Constellations technique supports participants in uncovering hidden dynamics, healing past wounds, and creating more harmonious relationships within themselves and with others.

I am Nadia Eliseeva, a Life Entergy Coach and New Age therapist. I am a trained Constellations facilitator and on regular basis I conduct interactive workshops, both online and offline, addressing the inner aspects of the human personality (such as Inner Child / Parent / Adult, or the Archetypes).
