Deze retraite is een innerlijke reis om je energie te vernieuwen en te verbinden met je vreugdevolle essentie. Tegelijkertijd is het een warme uitnodiging om samen rond het vuur te komen zitten en je verhalen, liederen en inspiratie te delen.

Via een holistische en somatische benadering verkennen we hoe de kracht van je stem zich kan bevrijden van beperkingen, en hoe het een instrument kan worden voor zelfexpressie, zelfliefde, verbinding en creativiteit. Ontgrendel het volledige potentieel van je stem en ervaar hoe klank, beweging en intentie nieuwe dimensies van communicatie en vrijheid openen.

Land of Enchantment nabij de stranden van de Costa da Morte, Spanje. Het eco-huis ligt op 1 hectare land, omgeven door bomen, rivieren, kliffen en watervallen. Er zijn slaapkamers beschikbaar en er is plek om je tent of busje neer te zetten.

✧ VOOR WIE? ✧
Deze retraite is voor iedereen die verlangt naar een diepere verbinding met hun authentieke stem, ongeacht of je jezelf als zanger(es) ziet of niet. Jouw stem is een krachtig helend instrument dat wacht om ontdekt te worden.

✧ WAAROM DE STEM? ✧
De stem is een oeroude kracht die we allemaal dragen. Door expressie te geven aan emoties, blokkades en verlangens, kom je dieper in contact met jezelf. De stem kan troost bieden, grenzen aangeven, verbinden, manifesteren en helen.

✧ RITME VAN DE WEEK ✧
Dag 1: Aankomst, welkomstdiner & openingsceremonie
Dag 2 t/m 5: Ochtendsessie (yoga, dans, journaling), ontbijt, workshop, lunch, middagworkshop of excursie, diner, avondprogramma (zangcirkel, ceremonie, vuur)
Dag 6: Afsluitcirkel & vertrek
Tussendoor is er ruimte voor reflectie, ontspanning en spontane creaties.

Optioneel: Voor extra nachten vragen we 35€ voor een privé kamer, exclusief eten en 25€ voor een gedeelde kamer of kampeerplek.

Land of Enchantment, near the beaches of the Costa da Morte, Spain. The eco-house sits on 1 hectare of land, surrounded by trees, rivers, cliffs, and waterfalls. Bedrooms are available, and there is space for tents or camper vans.

For anyone seeking a deeper connection with their authentic voice, whether or not you identify as a singer. Your voice is a powerful, healing instrument waiting to be discovered.

The voice is an ancient power we all carry. By expressing emotions, blockages, and desires, you connect more deeply with yourself. The voice can soothe, set boundaries, connect, manifest, and heal.

✧ WEEKLY RHYTHM ✧
Day 1: Arrival, welcome dinner & opening ceremony
Days 2–5: Morning session (yoga, dance, journaling), breakfast, workshop, lunch, afternoon workshop or excursion, dinner, evening program (singing circle, ceremony, fire)
Day 6: Closing circle & departure
There is free time for reflection, rest, and spontaneous co-creation.
