WHAT IS QI-GONG?
Qi-Gong is a MOVING MEDITATION. In these classes, we’ll learn how to FEEL and MOVE the QI (energy) throughout our bodies. You might experience a sense of CENTERNESS, CALM, and SHARPNESS.
WHY COMING REGULARLY?
With regular students, we’ll go deeper into the practice, exploring different “forms” from the SHAOLIN TRADITION — including access to DIGITAL MATERIALS and RECORDINGS.
WHY IT WORKS?
Because we give the mind something to follow — the MOVEMENTS.
It calms your nervous system, whether it wants it or not.

I’ve been practicing Shaolin Qi-Gong for over a decade and had the luck of studying it with some of the most skilled teachers in the world. My mission is to make Qi-Gong and Meditation ACCESSIBLE FOR EVERYONE — especially people who’ve struggled with STILLNESS, ATTENTION, and conventional approaches to “CALM.”

❓ Q & A
- IS QI-GONG THE SAME AS TAI CHI?
Not quite. While both are slow, mindful movement practices, Qi-Gong is often SIMPLER, MORE MEDITATIVE, and EASIER FOR BEGINNERS to access.
- CAN QI-GONG HELP WITH ANXIETY OR STRESS?
Yes. Qi-Gong is specifically designed to REGULATE THE NERVOUS SYSTEM, making it a powerful tool for CALMING ANXIETY and REDUCING STRESS.
- DO I NEED TO BE FIT OR IN SHAPE TO JOIN?
Not at all. Qi-Gong is GENTLE and can be adapted to ANY BODY. If you can STAND and BREATHE, you can practice.
- IS IT OKAY IF I’VE NEVER MEDITATED BEFORE?
Absolutely. Qi-Gong is a GREAT ENTRY POINT, it helps QUIET THE MIND through movement, without needing any meditation experience.
- CAN I DO IT IF I HAVE AN INJURY OR CHRONIC PAIN?
Yes. Movements can be MODIFIED, and you’re encouraged to LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. Many people with pain or limited mobility find RELIEF through regular practice.
