🌟 Ecstatic Dance Odessa 🌟

SAIL Amsterdam is the largest nautical event in the Netherlands and one of the biggest maritime festivals in the world. It takes place once every five years in Amsterdam. During this event we will dance in the beautiful deep belly of our pirate ship, listen to live music, follow workshops about connection in movement and watch the fireworks from sail on the upper deck. You are invited to dance your own dance, find your bliss in moments of freedom and joy through movement and connection with yourself and others. Allow the music to take you on a magical journey.

Embodied Connections by Chris Koutsouvelis
Before we step onto the dancefloor, join me for a short but powerful workshop that awakens body, heart, and community.

What to expect:
• Animal Flow – Energise and get into the body through primal movement.
• Partner Play – Rediscover your inner child and explore boundaries through games.
• Heart Connection – Drop into presence, share authentically, and open to real connection in a safe, sacred space.

Together, we’ll explore the archetypes that hold us back from opening up and the ones that help us let go, receive, and connect while staying true to our boundaries.

I’m Chris, a movement and transformational guide. My work is about creating freedom inside and out, helping people return to their bodies, hearts, and deeper Beingness.
No dance experience needed. Come as you are, leave more connected.
