QIGONG & MARTIAL ARTS | ENERGY WORK
Hallo lezer, wat fijn om te zien dat je interesse hebt in mijn zomerweek. Lees het even rustig door en besluit je om mee te doen, wacht dan niet te lang, zodat je een ruime keus hebt in de accommodatie.

Chinese Martial Arts – Wushu/Kung fu, zijn oude technieken die zijn ontwikkeld voor de unieke ontwikkeling van het menselijk lichaam, de geest en de ziel. Van elementaire zelfverdediging, via de beheersing van de geest, helende oefeningen en medische Qigong of combat Tai Chi tot het spirituele deel dat verder gaat dan het zicht en tastbare zelf en het verkennen van 'Tao'.

Onze school, ´The Soaring Eagle School´ is van Taoïstische oorsprong, dus we nemen al deze praktijken mee. Tijdens onze week verkennen we het bewustzijn in het lichaam, openen we de poorten van de Qi-energie (Levensenergie), vinden enkele van onze mentale patronen en laten ze los.

Wat ontvang je hier in en waarom doe je het?

• Maak verbinding met je eigen lichaam, geest en ziel
• De Qi - Energie voelen
• Ontspan + Loslaten
• Blokkades in de energiestroom in het lichaam vinden en ermee werken
• Houdingsoefeningen - Afstemming van het lichaam
• Wervelkolomoefeningen - laat de pijn in wervelkolom en je hele rug
• Ontspan de zenuwen / Ontspanning
• Stijging van het immuunsysteem
• Versterking van je spieren, pezen en banden
• Aarding op aarde, zelfvertrouwen vergroten

Wat oefenen we

• Qigong 8 stukjes Brokaat (Baduan jin) - de meest voorkomende klassieke en zeer gemakkelijk te leren Qigong, rekken, opening van de sensatie van de energie en voering naar inwendige organen.

• 3 energieschommelingen - dynamische Qigong, Gods playing in the clouds, 5 dierlijke Qigong (dieper strekken). Dit zijn andere Qigong vormen en we zullen kijken naar de medische, energetische en spirituele aspecten van deze vormen.

• Ook het gevechtsaspect van Martial Arts, zoals basisstoten, trappen en houdingen, die ook belangrijk zijn voor het uitvoeren van een juiste manier van Qigong.

• Taoïstisch ademwerk zal een speciale bonus zijn voor het hele programma (verdieping van de ademhaling, zodat er meer zuurstof in het lichaam komt, organen beter werken, innerlijke organen masseren, adem veranderen in Qi).

Voor gevorderde beoefenaars is er een speciaal programma, gericht op hun eigen niveau van Martial Arts, inclusief de hele vorm van Tai Chi Style Yang, Family Yao.

Preau is een plek om tot jezelf te komen, te genieten, verbonden te raken en weer op te bloeien. De accommodatie, het eten, de natuur, de mensen van Preau en de ruimte om te genieten, maken de week compleet. Iedereen kan deze week meedoen.

EVA BERGEROVA

Deze week wordt gegeven door Eva Bergerova. Zij komt uit Tsjechië en spreekt Engels, maar kan ook redelijk goed Nederlands spreken en verstaan.

Eva is geboren in Tsjechië. Ze is theaterregisseur, danseres en martial artist.
Ze werkte in veel theaters, niet alleen in Tsjechië, was mede-oprichter van 2 theaters, was regisseur in 3 theaters en creëerde veel optredens op het podium. Eva geeft ookworkshops in haar rituele theatermethode - “STEP OUT OF THE STORY”. Deze methode is gebaseerd op Conscious Dance, Chinese krijgskunsten en theaterimprovisatie.

Een paar jaar geleden verliet Eva Praag voor haar verblijf in Nederland. Ze beoefent al meer dan 25 jaar Chinese vechtsporten (Wushu / Kungfu), zowel uiterlijke als innerlijke stijlen. Haar leraar Yuri Belov runt een van de grootste traditionele vechtsportscholen in Rusland. Sinds kort traint ze ook op afstand bij de Amerikaanse leraar Bruce Frantzis. Eva heeft een kleine ´Soaring Eagle club´ in Rotterdam.

Hello reader, so nice you are interested in this week with Eva. Take your time to read it and when you made the decision to join, do not wait too long to book, so you have a rich choice for accommodation

Chinese Martial Arts – Wushu/Kung fu, are ancient techniques formed for the unique development of the human body, mind, and soul. From basic self-defense, through the control of the mind, healing exercises, and medical Qigong or combat Tai Chi, to spiritual part, which goes beyond the visible self and exploring ´Tao´. Our school, ´The Soaring Eagle School´ is of Taoist origin, so we include all these practices. During our week we explore the consciousness in the body, open the gates of the Qi energy (Life energy), find some of our mind patterns, and lose them up.

What you get from it and why doing it

• Postural exercises - alignment of the body
• Spinal exercises - release the pain in the spine and back body

We will practice

• Qigong 8 pieces of Brocade (Baduan jin) - the most common classical and very easy to learn qigong, stretching, opening of sensation of the energy, and lining to inner organs.

• 5 Elements Qigong. In our school we work with elements which are Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water. As we will practice in the nature we will play with those energies and aspects including strengthening our connection to the nature.

• Combat aspect of Martial Arts, like basic punches, kicks, and stances, which are important for performing a proper way of Qigong as well.

• Taoist breathwork will be a special bonus to the whole program (deepening the breath, so more oxygen enters the body, organs work better, massage inner organs, changing breath into Qi).

For advanced practitioners, there will be a special program focused on their own level of Martial arts!

This summerweek will taught by Eva Bergerova. She speaks English and can speak and understand Dutch quite well.

EVA BERGEROVÁ
Eva was born in the Czech Republic. She is theatre director, dancer and martial artist. She worked in theatres not only in Czech, co-founded two theatres, was a director in 3 theatres and created many performances on stage. Eva is also giving workshops in her ritual theatre method “STEP OUT OF THE STORY”. This method is based on Conscious dance, Chinese martial arts and theatre improvisation.

A couple of years ago Eva left Prague for her family journey in Holland. She practices Chinese martial arts (Wushu / Kung fu), both outer and inner styles, for more than 25 years. Her teacher Yuri Belov is running one of the biggest traditional martial arts schools in Russia. Recently she trains on distance also with American teacher Bruce Frantzis. Eva has a small ´Soaring Eagle club´ in Rotterdam.
