Our breath is medicine from within! The Natives, the Hindus, the Tao philosophy, they all knew it before the modern medical researchers rediscovered it. We can use the breath to help our entire system work at it's optimal capacity AND we can use our breath to re-connect to our inner world.

The way we breathe is the way we live. The deeper & more aware the breath, the more open to life we feel! The more shallow and unaware the breath, it mirrors in our physical, mental and emotional well-being (think of pains, low energy, restlessness, a sense of feeling off balance).

The Consciously Connected Breathwork we will be practicing with, is a powerful tool of integration. As the name suggests, it is a method of mouth breathing following a circular pattern, without a break between the in & the out breaths. The increased oxygenation of the body facilitates the unfolding of your process ~ on a physical or emotional level. Everything is welcome, emotional releases may surface, but we do not work with any goal in mind. We encourage you to stay close to your experience, honour your rhythm and know you're always on the steering wheel!

We invite you on an inner journey ~ to breath in life, to make space for yourself, to meet yourself in kindness and compassion! We are here to support you in walking the path of self-empowerment! ♡

We start the evening by connecting to ourselves and landing in the space, either through a short meditation or other practices. After sharing about the breathing method and a little demo, we begin the active breath for about 45 minutes. We offer support through touch, bodywork and pressure points, always tuned in and in consensual agreement. After the active phase, we return to the normal flow of our breaths to delve into an integration phase. You flow in the present moment awareness accumulated through the breath, feel that what is alive in you, and let all the work you did find a resting space within. To fully land, we end together with a sharing, tea and fruit.

We are facilitating the circle in a team of two or three, depending on how many participants join the session.

Henk comes from a background of having an own practice weaving different arts such as acupuncture, shiatsu, breathwork and physiotherapy.

Solve is an experienced breathworker and has been leading circles, individual sessions and ceremonies for a long time. Solve is also working with the singing bowls during the circles.

Gabi discovered the benefits of breathwork as she was guided by Solve in individual sessions. In the last year and a half she assisted circles & ceremonies to deepen her practice and she's recently graduated her breathwork training.

✧Date: Wednesday March 22th

✧Time: walk in from 18.45, we would like to start at 19.00. We expect to close the circle a bit past 21:00, with fruit, tea and sharing

Trainstation Zuilen: 8 min walk | Free Parking | short cycle from Neude

✧What to bring: a water bottle, a towel to lay over the mattress and wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely
