This workshop is a gift for every woman ready to (re)connect with the wisdom of her womb and her inner cyclic nature.
Explore the Throat- heart-womb connection, cleanse ancestral pain, and honor your feminine cycle. Through visualizations, gentle movement, meditation, sound vibration and voice expression you’ll nurture and awaken your creative power and intuition.
This workshop is a sacred space for all women—mothers, daughters, grandmothers, and those with or without a physical uterus (hysterectomy). It welcomes all womens, and is especially beneficial for those experiencing painful or irregular cycles, PCOS, endometriosis, fertility challenges, or those seeking to release and cleanse past relationships and reconnect with their creative energy.

What to bring:
Notebook and pen. Comfortable and loose fitting clothes to avoid pressure in the body.A picture of yourself as little, if possible a picture of your mother and grand mother too.
