A journey into emotional balance and practical tools for trauma healing
Dates: September 20 & 27 from 15.00 - 18.30h
“Discover deep somatic healing and nervous system stability through self-regulative practices” Andres
Have you been close to a burn-out, panic attacks, high stress levels, or anxiety peaks?
I personally have, and I want to tell you that after going through a deep healing process,
therapy, research and variety of courses I have good news: -There’s a lot you can do to
recover your mental health, your inner stability and nervous system balance-. It is you
who can do this, not your therapist, your instructor, coach or teacher.
You have the agency and the power to regain your stability and your nervous system
autonomy. Believe me, I have gone through those dark spaces where you seem to be
self-sabotaging yourself, triggered by people and noises, as if overwhelmed by small
incidents around you. Hear this out: There are punctual tools and exercises to reframe,
heal and integrate the traumatic experience in order to come back to your window of
tolerance, your safe space of calm and functional emotional intelligence!
I am absolutely excited to invite you on a transformative four-week journey into Nervous
System Recovery. My name is Andres Galindo, I am a half Spanish/half Mexican
seasoned meditation, TRE facilitator & yoga teacher with profound knowledge of holistic
traditions, somatic healing & trauma integration. As an ex-monk who has traveled
extensively and studied from both academic & non-academic sources with variety of
facilitators and teachers in India, South America, and Europe, I love to pedagogically
combine holistic practices and modern science, allowing my ‘students’ to gain personal
resilience, emotional balance, and somatic liberation.
During this 10 hour training we’ll learn the science of somatic release and nervous system
homeostasis in a simple and authentic way, contributing to emotional balance, stress
release & personal resilience by tapping into our higher frontal cortex functions and
Parasymapathetic Nervous System activation. Allowing us to move closer to the lives we
really want to live and dream of, free of fear and anxiety.
“My courses aim to provide practical tools for our daily life struggles, such as stress
management, nervous system regulation, and peace of mind”
This course’s theoretical foundations primarily center on two key areas: Polyvagal Nerve
Theory and practical frameworks for emotional resilience. It explores the Window of
Tolerance and Internal Family Systems (IFS) as powerful tools for nurturing mental,
emotional, and physiological well-being. By blending these approaches with modern
insights, the course supports students in achieving stability, expanding self-awareness,
and fostering transformative personal growth.
On the other hand, we learn practical exercises focused on cultivating emotional and
physiological balance through a range of physical practices. It incorporates TRE (Tension/
Trauma Release Exercises), Emotional Somatic Pendulation, and Grounding Meditation to
promote regulation and release. Voice Liberation and Free Movement encourage
authentic self-expression, while Creating Safe Spaces and Assisting to Heal Each Other
foster connection and mutual support. Soothing Breathwork Techniques are integrated to calm the nervous system, empowering participants to achieve greater stability, self-
awareness, and holistic well-being.
