In this Movement Lab series we dive deeper into our contact with the floor. In the 3 sessions for all levels we explore the fundamentals of moving in, out and along the floor. Feeling the support, using it to move into space, finding more softness and excitement in our movement.

All sessions are infused with classic Explore elements that help you ground and release tension, like shaking and self-massage. Like this, your moving can come from a place of playfulness and curiosity.

The series is structured such that the sessions build on each other, but can also stand alone. It is, therefore, possible to join the series as a whole, in part or in individual sessions.
