Embark on a transformative journey where the power of touch unlocks profound self-discovery. In a nurturing and playful atmosphere, you’ll engage in guided practices, including the cherished “living forest” exercise, to explore your desires, boundaries and connections. This experience invites you to knock on the door of your comfort zone, question familiar patterns and step into unfamiliar spaces, fostering growth and deeper self-understanding, with a focus on personal empowerment rather than sexuality.

Event Elements
Welcome and Introduction: We begin by creating a safe and sacred space where everyone feels comfortable, safe and respected. As individuals and as a group.
Guided Practices: Through experiential exercises, you’ll explore different dimensions and kinds of touch, learning to give and receive with awareness and intention.
Wheel of Consent: a framework for clear, consensual touch, exploring giving, receiving, taking and allowing to ensure all interactions are respectful and empowering.
Living Forest Exercise: A unique and beloved activity that allows you to connect with others and yourself in a profound way through touch.
Sensual and Erotic Exploration: We gently introduce elements of sensuality and eroticism, always focusing on self-discovery and personal growth, not sexuality.
Reflection and Integration: Time to process your experiences or discuss in (smal)l group(s).
Closing Circle: Share your insights and final reflections with the group.

Facilitators
Veronique Van den Bossche: Founder of Sacred Healing Arts, with extensive experience in holistic bodywork, emotional release, intimacy and mentoring. Veronique is dedicated to helping individuals unlock their potential through conscious relating and authentic intimacy.
Robert: Co-facilitator with expertise in embodiment practices and personal transformation, bringing fun, joy and a bit of Berlin to the workshop.

As the founder of Sacred Healing Arts, I, Veronique, am passionate about creating spaces where people can explore their full potential. This workshop was born from a desire to harness the transformative power of touch, helping participants break free from limiting patterns and step into new realms of self-awareness and connection. My goal is to offer a safe, playful environment where you can uncover fresh insights into your desires, boundaries and relationships, fostering profound personal growth. I truly believe in the power of physical connection and to use your body as a tool to explore the world around you and especially yourself. My “goal” is to provide a nice joyful workshop where you can truly tune in with yourself, your needs and desires and connect with other beings in an exciting and wonderful way. At the end you will be nourished, fulfilled and happy.

This workshop is ideal for individuals curious about the deeper aspects of touch and intimacy, seeking connection on a physical level and being more in their bodies. It’s an advanced beginner course, focusing on receiving the full effects of touch to feel fulfilled and nourished, though it can be challenging at moments. Whether you’re new to this work or have prior experience, this workshop offers a meaningful experience for all.
This Event is perfect for Singles and Gender of any kind and color and also for friends or couples.

Who Should Not Attend
This workshop is not suitable for those seeking quick releases, superficial physical touch, sexual or intimate interactions or opportunities for self-display or dating. It’s also not for individuals who are disrespectful, rude or uninterested in engaging with the workshop’s focus on consensual, meaningful touch and self-discovery.

Note
Please come with an open heart and mind, ready to engage fully in the practices. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement and expression. This is a non-sexual event in a sex- and bodypositive environment. In the final segment, participants may optionally remove outer clothing to underwear, allowing for a more direct and intense experience of physical touch on the skin, deepening the connection with their bodies in a safe, consensual space.
