Welcome to the world of Dance Improvisation.

Every lesson we will take a subject to explore, learn, and play with.
We will see how through movement, Body and Mind connect into one entity that moves and being moved.

In dance improvisation we try to keep our sensitivity open to new experience and not to be locked in our usual movement and patterns. We try to break patterns of behavior and expand beyond them. Dance Improvisation is a wonderful way to make your consciousness bigger to the surrounding and to grow your understanding of your own body and mind
Places are limited & registration is required.
