Cacao & Sound Journey in Nature

Embark on a journey of deep relaxation and inner balance as you immerse yourself in the ethereal sounds of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments. Let the sounds guide you into a state of profound peace and harmony.

⏰ Time: 11:30 - 13:00 (please arrive 10-15 minutes early)
📍 Location: Zuid-Kennemerland National Park - next to Het wed lake - (the exact location will be shared via email/whatsapp a few days before the event)

What to Expect:
Find your perfect spot under the sun or in the calming shade of a tree.
Close your eyes and allow the sounds to melt away stress and tension.
Connect with the healing energy of nature as ambient sounds blend with the serene surroundings.
Drift into a state of deep relaxation and inner harmony.

What to Bring:
We suggest bringing a blanket and yoga mat, along with any additional comfort items like pillows, cushions, or eye masks.
Wear comfortable clothing and remember to stay hydrated with water.
