Welcome to this Ecstatic Dance Retreat in the Wild and untamed nature of central Portugal. Between the Crystal Mountains (gems are everywhere for you to find) there is a private hidden pearl, called AYA. A true paradise on Earth, where you are comepletly free to be free.
At AYA you are free to express yourself the way you want. In every way you want.
Sanne Schiks, tantra teacher and Ecstatic Dance facilitator and DJ Lady Serpent since 2020 in the Netherlands. Also known as guardian of spititual centre Samadhi in Helmond 2020-2023.
This week she will take you on a dancing journey. You will dance (naked) in the river with headphones, the ultimate feeling of freedom!
Play with the waterfall, relax in your own Bell tent, enjoy all delicious vegan buffets and connect with the other dancers.
Every day there will be an Ecstatic Dance session with an exquisite music set, taking you all over the world, with different music styles and to every corner of your inner and the outer universe.
With the music we give permission to the body to take the lead. Possibly stored blockages in the body and mind will be released and we dance ourselves closer to source, closer to soul.
Sanne (chosen name Sanshine) normally facilitates Tantra and Dance Retreats at AYA, but as she had major breakthroughs herself through Ecstatic Dance, she choses to dedicate this full retreat to Ecstatic Dance. When you do this daily, for 5 days in a row, you can get really deep.
We dive through many layers.

Not every session will be a headphone session, some sessions are done with huge speakers on the yoga shala deck, so we can also enjoy dancing together and get more connected as a group.

Program:
9:00 Smootie Time
10:00 Morning guided meditation (optional)
11:00 Cereal Buffet
13:00 Ecstatic Dance (meditation, warming up, 120 minute set, sharing circle)
16.00 Lunch buffet
20.30 Dinner buffet
Around the program you are free to relax at the river, take a swim, or a stroll, have good conversations with the other dancers or the facilitators, be creative, or make love with live. Express yourself in every and any way you feel like.

There is space for a maximum of 15 dancers. 5 double tents, 5 single tents, and maybe 2 guests with their own acomodation.

🌞Free transfer from Viseu to AYA Retreatvalley on sunday at 15.00 and transfer back to Viseu on saturday at 12:00 (arrival at Viseu 15:00)

If for some reason you are not able to come to the retreat after booking your spot, you will never have to pay the second part of the payment and you will get a full refund if you cancel more then 30 days before the start of the retreat.
