We brengen onze Braziliaanse roots naar jouw bord. Ons concept is geboren uit saudade – het verlangen naar thuis – en het plezier van samen eten.

In het middelpunt van alles staat: mandioca (cassave) – de wortel die Brazilië voedt. Wij maken er voorgerechten, hoofdgerechten en desserts van, gevuld met allerlei lekkers. Denk aan typische Braziliaanse smaken zoals guavejam en gegrilde groenten, maar ook verrassende combinaties met ingrediënten zoals kimchi.

Hoe werkt het?
Voor onze allereerste pop-up serveren we een 3-gangenmenu – geen keuzestress, gewoon lekker eten.

🌱 Alles is vegetarisch, met ook vegan opties.

🍽 Alleen op reservering – de plekken zijn beperkt, dus wees er op tijd bij!

ၜ Mandioca Frita (vegan) ၜ

(Gefrituurde cassave-sticks. Geserveerd met onze huisgemaakte chilijam.)


ၜ Dadinho de Tapioca ၜ
(Gebakken blokjes tapioca en kaas. Geserveerd met aioli en chilijam.)

— HOOFDGERECHTEN —


TAPIOCA WRAP: Een lichte, glutenvrije crêpe van cassavemeel. Knapperig van buiten, zacht van binnen – gevuld met Braziliaanse smaken. Een Braziliaanse streetfoodklassieker.

ၜ Tapioca Romeu e Julieta ၜ

(Brazilië's bekendste duo: kaas en guavejam. Geserveerd op roze tapioca.)


ၜ Tapioca da Terra ၜ
(Hummus en gegrilde groenten – aubergine, courgette en paprika. Geserveerd op roze tapioca.)


ၜ Tapioca de Kimchi ၜ

(Kaas, kimchi en champignons. Geserveerd op witte tapioca met een knapperig kaaskorstje.)


ၜ Tapioca Napolitana ၜ

(Kaas, tomatenblokjes en oregano. Geserveerd op witte tapioca met een knapperig kaaskorstje.)

— DESSERTS —

ၜ Cuscuz Carioca ၜ

(Zachte, koude cassave-kokospudding, traditioneel dessert uit Rio de Janeiro. Geserveerd met passievruchtcoulis en gecondenseerde kokosmelk.)


ၜ Cassave- & Passievruchtcake ၜ

(Huisgemaakte cake van cassave, kokos en passievrucht. Geserveerd met een tropische ananascoulis.)

We bring our Brazilian roots to your table. Our concept was born from saudade and the joy of sharing food.

At the center of it all: mandioca (cassava) – the root that feeds Brazil. We turn it into starters, mains and desserts filled with all kinds of goodness. From Brazilian flavours like guava jam and barbecued veggies, to contemporary ingredients like Kimchi.

How does it work?
For our very first pop-up, we’re serving a 3-course menu – no stress, just good food.

🌱 Everything is vegetarian, and we’ve got vegan options too.
🍽 Reservation only – spots are limited, so book ahead!

ၜ Mandioca Frita (vegan) ၜ
(Fried cassava sticks. Served with our homemade chilli jam.)

ၜ Dadinho de tapioca ၜ
(Baked tapioca and cheese cubes. Served with homemade aioli and chilli jam.)


— MAINS —

TAPIOCA WRAP: A light, gluten-free crepe made from cassava flour. Crispy outside, soft inside – filled with bold Brazilian flavours. A Brazilian street food classic.

ၜ Tapioca Romeu e Julieta ၜ
(Brazil’s most famous pairing: Cheese and guava jam. Served on pink tapioca.)

ၜ Tapioca da Terra ၜ
(Hummus and barbecued veggies
– eggplant, zucchini and bell-pepper. Served on pink tapioca.)

ၜ Tapioca de Kimchi ၜ
(Cheese, kimchi and mushrooms. Served on white tapioca with crispy cheese crust.)

ၜ Tapioca Napolitana ၜ
(Cheese, tomato cubes and oregano. Served on white tapioca with crispy cheese crust.)

(Gooey, sweet and cold cassava coconut pudding. Served with passion fruit coulis and condensed coconut milk.)

ၜ Cassava and passion fruit cake ၜ
(Homemade cassava, coconut and passion fruit cake. Served with pinneaple fruit coulis.)
