✨ This is all reactivity. Reactivity isn’t just about losing your temper, it’s about being in an unconscious automated response. It’s being in reaction to something, whether you’re making yourself scary or scared, pushy or adaptive.
In this 5 week programme, I propose a framework so that you can get conscious of your conditioning, tools to practice during the sessions, exercises to do in between & an online space where to share your discoveries.
If we get to the core, reactivity is mostly a fear response. And instead of dealing with it we go into coping by closing up, by masking our reaction, or by attacking the other. That’s how we isolate ourselves. And the more we get triggered, the more we separate from the world around us. This is like a slow death.
There will never be a world where we don’t ever get triggered anymore. What I propose is to find ways to remain in a heart to heart connection, remain present without isolating yourself.
✨ We will explore together the 6 types of reactivity which will give you a framework of what makes you react and what is in your power, how can you take charge.

Hi there, my name is Daphné. I am an authentic relating facilitator, possibility coach and artist.
I’ve been training extensively since 2020 in authentic relating, feelings work, art therapy, NVC and shadow work. I’ve been facilitating in Brussels and all over the world since 2019.
In my workshops, I create a safe space where everyone can ground themselves, feel, and reconnect with their true selves. My approach? Less theory, more transformative experiences. Because authenticity isn’t something you learn—it’s something you live.

The map of reactivity has been invented by the Possibility Management community. Our main purpose is to feel our feelings and use them to create the life we want. This means that we don’t repress our feelings, we don’t aim to control them and we don’t release them either. We feel the full depth of their intensity in order to integrate them. We use their energy where it’s needed. This is a new radical way of life where each one of the 4 feelings is welcomed and cherished. The 4 feelings are : anger, sadness, joy, fear.
