Constellations Workshop: Like Mother, Like Daughter

Mom is the first and most important connection in our lives. We invite you to explore this relationship through the CONSTELLATIONS technique, a powerful therapeutic method that gives insights into our subconsciousness.

During this interactive workshop, we will deep-dive into the connection we have with our mother, that lays the foundation not only for our emotional and psychological health, but also for how we perceive the world and build relationships with ourselves:

✨ Our ability to trust the world
As children, if we felt loved, cared for, and nurtured by our mother, we developed a fundamental sense of Trust – that the world is a safe place where we can be ourselves and where our needs will be met. However, if our relationship with our mother was cold, unpredictable, or filled with anxiety, the world may start to feel hostile, making it difficult for us to trust others.

✨ Our self-esteem
Our mother is our first "mirror" and the way she looked at us shaped our self-perception. If we were praised, respected, and encouraged, we grow up with confidence. But if we were criticized, compared to others, or overlooked, we may spend our lives struggling with the belief that we are not good enough.

✨ Our ability to give and receive love
Through our mother, we first learn how to love and be loved. If she was warm, open, and accepting, we naturally carry this experience into our future relationships. However, if her love was conditional "I only love you if you behave well" we may grow up believing that love must be earned rather than freely given.

✨ Our relationship with money and success
If our mother held limiting beliefs such as “money is only earned through hard work,” “it’s safer to stay unnoticed,” or “wealthy people are bad,” we may unconsciously fear success or financial prosperity — even if we consciously strive for them. If she supported us and had faith in our abilities, we move forward with confidence.

During this workshop, we will employ the CONSTELLATIONS technique, a therapeutic method developed by Bert Hellinger and based on the idea that many of our struggles — whether emotional, relational, or even physical — stem from unconscious loyalties, traumas, or entanglements within our family lineage.

This unique technique provides a window into the subconscious, revealing hidden dynamics and patterns while allowing them to be rewritten. By working with deep emotional and energetic connections, we tap into the transformative power of constellations—helping to bring these patterns to light and reshape them.

No prior experience with System Constellations is necessary – only your willingness to explore and heal. English-spoken.
