Welcome to our full moon ritual.
Let's enjoy sunset and the already longer days.
When the moon is full, the gravitational pull is the strongest and it influences everything that contains water: seas, oceans, plants, animals, humans.
Monthly full moon gatherings let us connect with the energy and the rhythm of nature we are a part of. During the Full Moon Ritual, we move with each other and nature, and get energized by it. There is only one rule no words but laughter, tears, and other sounds are welcome. Only one person among us, Pien Vrijhof, uses words to guide meditation during the journey.

TIMING of Wednesday 12 of March 2025
19.35 — Meeting at Overveen Station.
We walk 30 minutes from the station to the dunes.
20:05-21:10 — Into movement, tuning in with atmosphere, landscape, light, and each other.
21:10 - 21.30 — Drinking tea, moon still rising.
21.30 — Leisurely walking back, moon still rising.

Practical:
1. Wear warm, comfortable clothes,
2. If you have jacket & rain trousers take them, because of the cold sand.
3. Eat well before the event.
