Open up your senses - Yin yoga & meditation

In this class we will combine yin yoga with meditation.
The theme of this class will be 'Open up your senses'.
Is this class we use all of our senses, working with essential oil, selfmassage, sounds, smell, taste and so on : )
All of this at the beautiful attick of Buurtboerdeij Ons genoegen in the Westerpark.

The class will be in English or Dutch, depending on the participants
Make sure you are wearing warm and comfortable clothes. We will provide all the yoga equipment, so no need to bring it.
