Nurture your body, mind, and social energy. Our unique Yoga and Massage Play Sessions blend the art of listening to your inner self with the practice of connecting to others.

*PlayCare Circle* - Massage Yoga Play
These sessions are inspired by Playfight circles, but instead of wrestling, we are stretching, kneading and caring in a playful way. Together, we create a wholesome experience that addresses the whole person - body, mind, and soul.

What Can You Expect?

*Yoga* - Body Awareness & Trust
Immerse yourself in mindful movement, breath, and partner work to deepen self-awareness and connection. By offering and receiving gentle adjustments, you’ll experience the power of trust, balance, and shared energy.

*Massage* - Caring for Others
Experience the playful side of touch as you learn to nurture each other through massage. This practices a sense of union and strengthens bonds through compassionate, attentive play.

*Play together* - Nurturing Your Mind & Social energy
Explore the depths of your feelings and emotions in a safe, supportive environment. Develop greater self-awareness and learn to honour your boundaries while respecting those of others.

*Guided by*
- Vincent, a professional masseur with twelve years of experience; a medical anthropologist and sociologist, in combination with
- Lena, a passionate yoga teacher who brings fresh insights from her recent yoga teacher training in India.

Every Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
