A beautiful journey of self discovery with laughter, tears, movement, play and exploration. Join Natalie and Brechtje for this one day retreat of Therapeutic Breathwork and Embodiment practices in Antwerp this June.

Through the combination of breathwork and somatic awareness, we can intimately connect with our body, listening deeply to, and meeting the sensations, emotions and areas of tension. When we approach the body in this way, beautiful shifts begin to take place. Emotions and experiences finally find resolution. Long held areas of tension and physical holding patterns begin to ease. Insights, intuition, inspiration and expansion become available to us. And we begin to form a deep and intimate connection with ourselves.

We will be using conscious connected breathwork in a skilful and individualised way to ensure each participant gets the full benefits of the session in a regulated way. We combine breath with movement, embodiment practices, and body awareness techniques.

Each participant will have the opportunity to receive a breathwork session and support a breathwork session, giving you a taste of the upcoming training in Hasselt, Belgium this October.

If you are curious about adding Therapeutic Breathwork to your existing skill set, or becoming a breathwork facilitator this is an ideal introduction to the powerful healing modality of conscious connected breathwork. This is also a beautiful day of retreat and restoration for those of you who are drawn to exploring yourself and receiving some self care.

Location

Verscholen Tuin - Antwerp (The name of this place translates into: Hidden Garden…..And that is exactly what it is!)

It is located on the outskirts of the city, offering a balance between accessibility and a quieter atmosphere. It is well-connected by public transport, making it easy to reach, while still being convenient for those traveling by car. There is a parking lot right in front of the building.

If you come by public transport:
•⁠ ⁠From Antwerp Central Station or Antwerp-Berchem, several trams and buses run frequently every hour.
•⁠ ⁠The journey takes a maximum of 30 minutes.
•⁠ ⁠The easiest way to find your route is via Google Maps → enter the destination → select "Public Transport" for multiple options.
