Connection via Authentic Relating - 'Happiness'

This evening is part of our Themed Intermediate Series, where we dive deeper into emotions and emotional intelligence. The theme of this evening is 'Happiness'.

Happiness is something that people seek to find, yet what defines happiness can vary from one person to the next. Typically, happiness is an emotional state characterized by feelings of joy, satisfaction, contentment, and fulfillment. While happiness has many different definitions, it is often described as involving positive emotions and life satisfaction. During this evening we'll dive deeper into happiness via various authentic relating excercises.

ABOUT AUTHENTIC RELATING
As human beings, we all learn, grow and love through relationships. What if we could have a deeper understanding of being with other, by having a deeper understanding of ourselves?

Authentic Relating is the practice of acting and speaking from a place of heartfelt vulnerability and deep presence, allowing us to be in alignment with our deepest feelings and weave a more rich and truthful human experience.

During this evening with like-minded people in an open and exploratory environment, you’ll find a safe haven to dive into deep connection, intimacy and closeness

The emphasis in this workshop is highlighting and practicing verbal communication to gain trust, connection and a deeper understanding of being with another. In experiencing these games we are bringing more of ourselves. We are getting real and authentic, nourishing parts that don’t often get expressed and going on a journey of self discovery through laughter, heart opening warmth and care. By doing this we increase our ability to experience abundance.

During this evening we give you practical tools that you can practice and implement in your daily life. You could look at it as a down-to-earth, embodied training for the mind. We recommend to experience it yourself, of course. Come join us!
