Voice Liberation is a powerful method of using the voice to release subconscious blockages and emotions. Under the intuitive and musical guidance of Neda, you’ll enter a trance-like state where things that have been stuck for ages can finally be released. With Voice Liberation we move out of the thinking mind and into the heart. We give voice to the suppressed parts of us so that what no longer serves us can be healed. Every Voice Liberation session is fully channeled and therefore always perfect for whomever is in the retreat. Every session is different, sometimes there are exercises we do as a group, sometimes in pairs, and sometimes Neda receives specific guidance to work with one person and have the group support the process.
A session usually lasts between 2 and 3,5 hours.
Voice Liberation is not a singing class, and it is not about singing beautifully. No singing skills are required whatsoever.
Neda’s spiritual foundation lies in the non-dual thought system of A Course in Miracles. A Course in Miracles uses true forgiveness as a bridge to go from fear to Love. Neda’s Voice Liberation sessions is what makes the deep teachings of A Course in Miracles come to life. As one of Neda’s students said:
