👐 A massage afternoon for young adult men (max 35 years)
You will learn basic and more advanced relaxing massage techniques in a supportive environment with like-minded young men. You will gain confidence in giving massages. Recharge and de-stress with massage exchange and enjoy the benefits of receiving a massage!
🤗 Join us for a fun and informative workshop, where you'll learn the fundamentals of relaxing massage from a qualified instructor. We will create a relaxed and cosy active learning environment. You will feel safe, nourished and connected afterwards.
🧘♂️ What will we do?
This time we will make circular strokes all over the body. We will work on massage tables.
Before that, we will start with some exercises to get into your body and out of your head.
In two rounds, you wil get massage instructions. Then you will both give and receive massage, practicing on each other in a safe and respectful way
While you practice with each other, there will be guidance as well to get adjustments.
In the last round, you can combine what you have learned with your own massage style. And then it will be allowed to include intimidate touch (optional).
💆♂️For young adult men. No prior experience is necessary!
This event is open to everybody who identifies as man and who is 35 years or younger, no matter your body type or abilities, as long as you are interested in learning massage and connecting with other guys in your own age range.
Staying connected
After joining one of the events or classes, you can use the whatsapp group to make appointments with each other for practicing and massage exchange.
Are you in the age range of 36 - 49 years? Then you cannot join this class, but you can participate in the group Massage Offerings & Exchanges.

Doors will be open for tea / coffee and a cosy chat: 12:30 h
Opening circle and touch exercises: 13:00 h
First Massage Instruction: 13:30 h
Break: 15:00 h
Second Massage instruction: 15:15 h
Sharing circle: 17:00 h
End time: 17:30 h

💶 Tickets:
Regular for young men (18-35 years): € 35,00. For students / refugees (18-29 years): € 25,00. Couples / friends (2 tickets): €60. Buy your ticket in time to avoid the waiting list!

😢 Cancellation?
We ask for your commitment to pay in advance and to show up. Please change your RSVP in time if you cannot come. All meetups of MeninTouchNL have a cancellation policy. No cancellation costs apply up to two days in advance. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, a 50% fee will be charged. If you cancel on the day itself or you don't show up, the full amount (100%) will be charged.
The classes will be given in English.
