This is an embodied journey of reconnection to your Inner Rhythm, your inner Source of Energy that allows us to be inspired, to make the best decisions for ourselves, and to be in contact with our natural way of being.

A guided journey of free exploration within. Using the techniques of Breathwork and Embodied Dance to take us deep into the inner world, where we will recover, discover, and remember the pieces of ourselves that we have forgotten or numbed. Reconnecting with these neglected parts that deserve our loving attention. Reconnecting to our natural rhythm, our true nature.

Location: An inspiring urban space on the first floor of the Werkwarenhuis, the heart of the Tramkade area in Den Bosch

Practical information:
- Wear layers to make sure that you can be warm and lose some layers to cool down
- Wear something that you can lie down on the floor in
- Bring warm socks
- Bring a blanket (an option)
- Bring a meditation cushion (an option)
- Don’t eat a heavy meal beforehand
- Bring a water bottle

You want to be here if you want to connect to your inner rhythm, your vibe, and your own frequency on a deeper level. You want to feel expressed and liberated. You want to move from disconnection to greater connection. Absolutely no previous experience in dancing is required. If you have a body in any capacity, you are welcome!
