Join Jady, a passionate birth doula, senior menstruality mentor, and soul midwife, for a transformative three-day course that explores the profound wisdom of the menstrual cycle and its connection to the cycles of life. Jady brings her extensive experience from Red School and her work at Daaluz Oasis to guide you through the sacred journey of tapping into your innate feminine power.
For centuries, the menstrual cycle has been demonized, but now, more and more women are reclaiming this wisdom, recognizing its importance in shaping who we are. This course is a celebration of that awakening, offering tools to engage with the menstrual cycle consciously and to use it as a source of strength and insight in all areas of life.
What You Will Learn:
• Introduction to Menstruality: Understand how connecting with the menstrual cycle can serve us individually and the world at large.
• Harnessing the Power of Cycles: Learn how to unpack the wisdom of your menstrual cycle and integrate it into your daily life for greater empowerment and self-awareness.
• Connection to Conception, Pregnancy, and Motherhood: Explore how the menstrual cycle informs, supports, and prepares women for conception, pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood.
• Feminine Skillset for Birthkeepers: Discover how this knowledge enhances your practice as a Birthkeeper, with a focus on the unique feminine skillset.
This course is designed for birth workers, mothers, and women seeking to deepen their connection with their feminine power. By understanding and embracing our cycles, we create a deeper intimacy with ourselves, cultivating respect for our innate value, and challenging ourselves to claim and embody our true power.
Practical information:
The course days will take place on November 4, 5 and 6 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Welcome Home in the ceremony space.
Investment: €333 (including 21% VAT) and includes a healthy vegetarian lunch on all course days.
Staying overnight at Welcome Home is an option and highly recommended.
