Microdose Journey with Reiki and Restorative Yoga

A HEALING JOURNEY FROM YOUR HEAD TO YOUR HEART.

We warmly invite you to this beautiful microdose journey. A soft inner journey to reconnect with yourself.

During this mini-retreat we’re creating space to relax your mind, tap into the wisdom of your body and awaken the heart. The experience will be held by the transforming combination of the magic truffle, reiki, restorative yoga and sound. During the journey we intentionally take a small amount of psychedelics, in this case the truffle, which will allow a heightened state of consciousness in which you get more into your body and your monkey mind becomes a bit quieter. This way you can experience a deep meditative state. The use of fungi was practiced thousands of years ago in different cultures to open up new dimensions.

With the fusion of truffle and reiki you will feel connected to your body, that will be gently touched to stimulate the flow of your lifeforce energy and your body’s self-healing capacity. Reiki works on a physical, emotional, mental and energetic level. It is a gentle form of healing that can be very relaxing and relieving.

What’s included?
- A microdose of magic truffle (2 grams) to achieve a deep meditative state.
- Restorative yoga guidance
- Meditation and conscious breathing
- Energetic healing with Reiki

- Snacks afterwards

How to prepare?
- Preferably no coffee on the day itself
- No alcohol the day before.
- Do not eat two hours before the session starts
- Do not eat or drink dairy during the last meal

Contra-indications:
This workshop is not suitable for people who:
- are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- use the medicine lithium or tramadol.
- have personality disorders or a history of mental disorders (such as bipolar - disorder, anxiety disorder, schizophrenia, severe trauma/PTSD.)

This special journey is guided by Freke van Nimwegen and Djaja van den Berg.
The session will be in English when there are non-Dutch speakers, otherwise it is in Dutch.
