Join us for some forest medication in a half-day retreat designed with care to help reconnect with nature, yourself, and the magic of the natural world.
This time together in nature, facilitated by Nigel and Mervi, will guide us in slowing our pace, awakening our senses, regulating our nervous systems and will offer the chance to sink into the power of stillness amidst the trees.
What to Expect:
• A gentle day offering the opportunity to escape the pressures of daily life and embrace the tranquility of nature.
• Working with the gift of stillness and silence we will have time to land and be held by our surroundings.
• Working with the guidance of the forest we will have time to sit, to contemplate and to reflect.
• Working with the seasons, we will immerse ourselves in activities and rituals aligned with the time of year.
• A coming together of likeminded souls.
• Lungs full of fresh air and our feet on the ground.

The location of this forest retreat will require arrival by car or public transport/bike and the ability to walk up to 20 minutes to arrive and depart from the retreat location.
