Intimacy with others, nature, or yourself?
Feeling connected and close is what makes this life rich and full. We dance, touch our partner, have an authentic conversation with friends, feel deep into ourselves. Intimacy can be beautiful, but also challenging. Because the closer we get, the easier we are hurt.

Many of us try to keep some distance, and not to get too close to Life, ourselves, or others. This keeps disappointment and pain out, but unfortunately, also the fulness and passion. Experiences can become flat and dull, …far from really ‘being in this Life’. Tantra invites us to get closer to Life in all its facets: closer to joy, love, and sensuality, but also to sadness, anger, or not knowing. By embracing all our experiences with curiosity we can become more intimate, and loving with ourselves, others, and the world.
