Equinox Initiation

As winter is slowly passing birds return to their branches, trees and bushes, flowers start blossoming, and plants start spreading their vibrant lush green. Before we know butterflies happily dangle around, as rivers and lakes sparkle in the vast and bright array of sunlight.

As the natural tides shift to spring-time, transformation is all around. By the time our sun and earth position themselves in what is called equinox we find ourselves surrounded by vibrant, colourful and sprouting life. As it all seems to happen so natural and swiftly, we tend to forget that all this liveliness is created through processes entailing great devotion and sacrifice. Created through a fierce engagement with life and death.

In this event I would like to invite you to discover what cocoon you are leaving behind, and what wings you are spreading. Through ***different forms of meditation (active, walking, sitting)*** you will be guided breathing, and sensing deep down into body and soul. Discarding everything that is not needed and opening the natural senses to whatever new that is awaiting you. You'll go beyond cognitive judgments, preconceptions, fears and limiting believes into your subconsciousness inner realm of wisdom.

Once the mind opens and your intuition awakens you embark on a ***Solo Vision Quest***. Open and intuitively going into the green to get inspired. To face what needs to be faced, and to find what wants to be found. To look for a seed that you would like to grow, and/or the means to grow that seed. After a deep and nurturing solo-quest the vision quest continues with a ***Cross-Pollination Vision Quest*** where you share your vision with others, and work interactively on the manifestation of the vision/dream/insight/idea you gathered in the solo-quest.

Finally, the event ends with an ***intention ceremony*** in a circle around a fire, sharing what needs to be shared, and sacrifice that which no longer serves to the fire. Depending on the time and energy left the event ends with a conscious and authentic ***initiation dance*** fueling your hearts desire, bringing openness and clarity to your innate intention!

The location is not certain yet. Possibly 'De Hoorneboeg', but nothing guaranteed yet. Either way the setting will take place in a gorgeous green place not more than fifteen kilometers away from Utrecht, so it is reachable by bike.
